My goal is the efficient resolution of disputes. We handle the litigation process from advising through the prosecution or defense of lawsuits. The firm's practice includes a wide variety of administrative and trial cases in the following areas: administrative law, construction law, lender liability, real estate, bankruptcy, insurance claims, business torts and litigation, commercial collections, contract disputes, mortgage foreclosure, libel and defamation, deceptive trade practices, fraud claims, and multi-party complex commercial litigation.

The firm's founder, Daniel Greene, is Florida Bar Certified in Construction Law. In 2009 he was named a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers in the area of Construction/Surety law. Our construction law experience emphasizes litigation, arbitration, and mediation of construction disputes. Our experiences also includes preparing and negotiating contracts, preparing damages and delay claims, and drafting architect and engineer agreements. We assist contractors, owners, developers, subcontractors, and suppliers in resolving claims involving defective construction and products, bid disputes, scheduling impacts, insurance claims, professional negligence, payment disputes, construction liens, and payment and performance bond claims.

Mediation is a process to assist the parties to a dispute in reaching an agreement. The key benefit of mediation is the parties determine the agreement not a third party, such as a judge or jury. Arbitration is a formal process for the resolution of disputes outside of the courts, in which a third party renders a decision. Dan Greene is a skilled mediator and has the experience of representing parties in both mediation and arbitration.
